With a contemporary yet approachable feel, the thoughtful design of the Alburgh Sconce gives it a unique beauty. The white linen shade is held by an intricate iron structure in a vintage gold leaf or aged iron finish. The Josenart design studio conceived the Alburgh as a study in the elegance of the torch-form sconce—one of interior design's most enduring silhouettes—and elevated it through a single extraordinary detail: a hand-forged knot integrated into the iron arm at its midpoint. Rather than applying the knot as a decorative ornament, skilled artisans shape it directly from the arm itself, bending, crossing, and tightening the metal into a form that honors centuries of ironworking tradition. This distinctive feature reflects the blacksmith's mark of mastery, craftsmanship, and timeless artistry. The arm runs the full height of the fixture — from the delicate loop finial at its base, past the round wall canopy, up through the knot, and continuing to a second loop at the crown where it cradles the shade. This continuous line — broken only by the knot — gives the Alburgh an almost calligraphic quality, as if someone drew the fixture with a single stroke of extraordinary confidence. The white bell shade sits at the top with the composure of a period piece, warm enough to feel traditional, clean enough to feel entirely contemporary.

Delivery time. Production & preparation: 3–10 business days. Sea shipping and local delivery: approximately 3–5 weeks after dispatch. Estimated total: approximately 4–7 weeks from order confirmation. Outside the U.S., some remote areas or customs clearance may add a few days.

Returns. 60-day returns for any reason, with a full refund — and we cover return shipping. Contact us first: once your return is approved, we send a prepaid return label, or arrange a pickup for large items. Items must be unused and undamaged, in the original packaging, with all parts and accessories. We refund your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Damage caused after delivery isn't covered.

Refusing a delivery. If the box is visibly damaged, refuse it and ask the carrier for proof of the damage — this costs you nothing. If you've simply changed your mind, please accept the delivery and request a free return instead.

Damage in transit. Found damage after unpacking? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and keep the packaging. We handle the carrier claim and send a replacement — or a refund if the item is no longer available.
