Delivery time. Production & preparation: 3–10 business days. Sea shipping and local delivery: approximately 3–5 weeks after dispatch. Estimated total: approximately 4–7 weeks from order confirmation. Outside the U.S., some remote areas or customs clearance may add a few days.

Duties & taxes. Duties and import taxes are covered by us — no extra charges on delivery.

Returns. 60-day returns for any reason, with a full refund — and we cover return shipping. Contact us first: once your return is approved, we send a prepaid return label, or arrange a pickup for large items. Items must be unused and undamaged, in the original packaging, with all parts and accessories. We refund your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Damage caused after delivery isn't covered.

Refusing a delivery. If the box is visibly damaged, refuse it and ask the carrier for proof of the damage — this costs you nothing. If you've simply changed your mind, please accept the delivery and request a free return instead.

Damage in transit. Found damage after unpacking? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and keep the packaging. We handle the carrier claim and send a replacement — or a refund if the item is no longer available.
