Returns. 60-day returns for any reason, with a full refund — and we cover return shipping. Items must be unused and undamaged, in the original packaging, with all parts and accessories. We refund your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Damage caused after delivery isn't covered.

Refusing a delivery. If the box is visibly damaged, refuse it and ask the carrier for proof of the damage — this costs you nothing. If you've simply changed your mind, please accept the delivery and request a free return instead.
